Leonie is a Project Lead at Singular, bringing over 5+ years of strategy consulting experience from Roland Berger. She has advised corporates and private equity investors across Healthcare, Industrials, and Mobility, with a strong focus on growth strategy, value creation, and M&A.
Leonie holds a Master in Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. In addition to her consulting background, she gained corporate experience at Siemens and Allianz, strengthening her understanding of how strategy translates into operational reality within large organisations. This dual perspective allows her to combine analytical rigour with pragmatic implementation thinking.
She has led and delivered numerous commercial due diligence and strategy projects, translating complex market dynamics into clear strategic choices and executable value creation roadmaps. Her experience spans market entry strategies, performance improvement programs, and organisational transformations across Europe.
