Managing Partner
Dennis leads Singular Group as Managing Partner. Having built Singular’s Private Equity Consulting business from day one, Dennis looks back at 10 years of experience in supporting investors in the technology- and healthcare space. Specifically, Dennis led hundreds of CDD projects for leading mid-market private equity investors across Europe with a focus on the DACH region.
During his first years with the firm, Dennis advised large corporates on strategy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and Brazil. Before Singular, Dennis completed business degrees at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and ESCP Europe.

Project Manager
Shivyam Rastogi is a Project Manager at Singular Group. With more than 5 years of experience, Shivyam has honed his skills in tackling complex questions and providing actionable insights. An expert in building market models and sizing niche markets, he combines technical proficiency with strategic thinking to help clients navigate their key concerns.
He holds a Master’s in Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from BITS Pilani in India, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation and business acumen. Shivyam began his career at Singular immediately after completing his studies, where his passion for problem-solving and drive for excellence quickly established him as a valued member of the team.

Project Lead
Leonie is a Project Lead at Singular, bringing over 5+ years of strategy consulting experience from Roland Berger. She has advised corporates and private equity investors across Healthcare, Industrials, and Mobility, with a strong focus on growth strategy, value creation, and M&A.
Leonie holds a Master in Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. In addition to her consulting background, she gained corporate experience at Siemens and Allianz, strengthening her understanding of how strategy translates into operational reality within large organisations. This dual perspective allows her to combine analytical rigour with pragmatic implementation thinking.
She has led and delivered numerous commercial due diligence and strategy projects, translating complex market dynamics into clear strategic choices and executable value creation roadmaps. Her experience spans market entry strategies, performance improvement programs, and organisational transformations across Europe.

Senior Advisor
Florian is a Senior Advisor at Singular Group and part of the initial founder team.
He began his career at The Boston Consulting Group, where he quickly became part of the Industrial Goods leadership team. Initially based in Germany, Florian worked across several regions including America, Africa and Europe before relocating to BCG’s Kiev office for a further three years. Overall, Florian looks back on more than 20 years in consulting and entrepreneurship.
Senior Consultant
Anja is a Senior Consultant at Singular with multiple years of Private Equity Consulting experience. Prior to joining Singular, she worked at a boutique CDD firm and has delivered dozens of Commercial Due Diligence projects across her career, covering Software, IT Services, and a range of B2B niche markets.
Anja holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree from LMU Munich. Her consulting background and academic training enable her to deliver high-quality insights that support clients in making informed investment decisions.

Senior Consultant
Roman Lazovski is a Senior Consultant at Singular, bringing multiple years of experience across transactions and strategy consulting. He has advised private equity investors and corporates on commercial due diligence, value creation, and growth strategy, with a focus on B2B Technology, industrials, and life sciences.
Roman holds an M.Sc. in Finance, Auditing, Controlling and Taxation (FACT) and a B.A. in Business Studies from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU), alongside an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Birmingham. This combination of financial training and a broader commercial lens shapes how he approaches commercial questions, rigorous on the economics, but alert to the strategic and qualitative factors of market developments.

Chief Financial Officer
In 2014, Philipp joined Singular to support the finance sector, and in 2017, he became Chief Financial Officer. Philipp started his professional career in the German construction business, and then gained his first international experience while working for Accenture in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years. His time in Argentina has deeply influenced his view of life, both personally and professionally. At Singular, each day is an opportunity for him to gain further experience by working with companies in countries with different local laws, rules and habits. Philipp holds a Diploma of Business Administration from the Business and Administration Academy in Munich.
Head of People & Communication
Nadja joined Singular Group in 2021 as Head of People and Communication. Coming from a creative background, she brings broad professional experience in marketing, brand communication, corporate and interior design. For over 6 years she worked for fast-growing start-ups, such as traditional large companies and did various international internships e.g., London, Hong Kong, and Cape Town. Now she is responsible for finding and attracting new top talent for Singular and taking Singular’s employer branding to the next level.
